Artist overview is still live on Soundmap Tools and is the easiest way to grab the ID if you are on mobile.

🖥️Desktop App

• Head to the :spotify_logo_without_text-svg:Spotify App on your device
• Head to to the artist profile who you require the ID for
• Press the small ellipsis ... to the right of Follow / Following
• Hover over Share and select Copy link to artist
• Head over to any text box (Browser, notes etc etc) and paste the URL
• Copy the ID from the URL as shown below

Any text after the artist/ and before the ?si is the artists profile ID 💡Most web browsers will auto-select the ID if you double click that part of the URL
